This covers what we collect when you take the AYSA quiz, what we do with it, and how to get it removed. It's written to be read, not to be survived.

On the sensitivity of quiz answers. Questions about cycles, sleep, mood and digestion are personal. We treat those answers as sensitive information: access is restricted to named people who need it, and we don't publish, sell or share them.
The quiz is a wellness and education tool. It is not a medical assessment, it does not diagnose anything, and your answers are not a medical record.
If you ticked the email box, we'll send your guide and occasional updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the emails and doesn't affect anything else.
If you ticked the text box, we may send recurring automated marketing texts to the number you gave us. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Reply STOP at any time to stop them, or HELP for help. You can also just email us and ask. We honour opt-outs promptly and don't require any particular method to do it.
A note on timing. We're still setting up how we send things, so there may be a real gap between you signing up and hearing from us. Your consent is recorded and held, not acted on immediately. If you'd rather not wait, skip the form — nothing about your result changes.
Responses are stored in a Google Workspace spreadsheet with access limited to named people at AYSA. Google processes this data on our behalf as our service provider.
If we later move to an email or SMS platform, your record moves with the consent attached to it — we don't migrate a contact into a sending tool without carrying across what that person actually agreed to.

Depending on where you live — California, other US states, the UK/EU — you may have additional statutory rights, including the right to know what's been collected and to opt out of sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information, but the rights above apply regardless, and we'll honour them.
The quiz isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us details, email us and we'll remove them.
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Consent you gave under an earlier version stays recorded under the wording you were actually shown — we don't retroactively reinterpret it.
